Rental Support Services Manager

Caroline joined FleetEurope back in 2001 as a Rental Administrator. Her current role as Rental Support Services Manager involves the management of rental damage claims, infringement fines and providing regular detailed reporting for customers to help reduce their rental expenditure.

Caroline’s previous roles include accounts manager at FleetEurope, overseeing the efficient operation of the finance team and department. Prior to joining FleetEurope Caroline also worked in a customer service role for a leading high street optician.

In her spare time she enjoys baking, keeping fit and taking part in charity fundraising events for Cancer Research and Kings Cross Hospital, including the 5K Race for Life and climbing Mount Snowden.

What do you enjoy most about working at FleetEurope?
